By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Xtiva IPTV Player (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Application.
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and the Application developer. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use this Application on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use this Application only with IPTV providers that legally operate in your jurisdiction. Unauthorized streaming or access to copyrighted content may violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Application includes parental control features to help parents/guardians restrict access to potentially inappropriate content.

Parental controls are designed to filter content based on category names and keyword matching. They are not foolproof and may not prevent access to all inappropriate content. Parental controls should be used as part of a comprehensive approach to media supervision, not as a standalone solution.
The Application offers a premium subscription (IPTV Player Pro) that provides:
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made directly to Google Play Store within their refund window. We are not responsible for processing refunds; Google Play handles all refund requests.
Statutory rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or refund, nothing in this section limits those rights. Where such rights apply, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with your local consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably possible.
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help us maintain the free version of the Application.
Premium subscribers have an ad-free experience as part of their subscription.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers or their ads. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
All content in the Application, including code, design, graphics, functionality, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You acquire no ownership rights in the Application. Your use is limited to the license granted above.
IPTV content accessed through this Application is provided by third-party IPTV providers and remains their property. We make no claims to third-party content.
We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Application (or $0 if you have not paid anything).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Application developer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
The Application automatically syncs Electronic Program Guide (channel schedules and program information) from your IPTV provider when you open the app or access Live TV features. This happens in the background to keep your program listings current. You can disable background sync in app settings if desired.
We use Firebase Remote Config to manage app features and configuration, including:
Configuration updates happen automatically in the background. This does not require user action and does not modify your local data.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Application. The Application may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

We are not responsible for poor streaming quality caused by factors outside our control.
If your IPTV provider changes their service, terminates service, or changes their API, we may need to update the Application. We are not responsible for IPTV provider service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications may include removing features, changing user interface, or altering functionality.
Your license to use the Application terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Application and cease all use.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Application at any time for violations of these Terms, engaging in illegal activities, or for any other reason.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, where the developer (Axovate Labs) resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that may apply.
Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration. You agree that any claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis, not as a class action or class arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We respect intellectual property rights. Xtiva IPTV Player is a media player and does not host, provide, or control any IPTV content. If you believe that content accessed through the Application infringes your copyright, please note that such content is served by third-party IPTV providers, and complaints should be directed to the relevant provider.
If you believe the Application itself (its code, design, or branding) infringes your rights, you may submit a complaint to us at the contact address below. Please include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work or right you claim is infringed; (b) the specific material at issue; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We will review and respond to valid complaints promptly.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Application and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of it.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor or affiliate, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or the acts or omissions of third-party service or IPTV providers.
